For all swimming mermaid experiences, the host must arrange for a designated, qualified lifeguard to be present and actively supervising the pool throughout the swimming portion of the event.

 

Hanita provides mermaid entertainment only and does not act as a lifeguard, swimming instructor, or childcare supervisor. Parents and guardians remain responsible for supervising their children.

 

Swimming activities are adapted to guests’ ages, abilities, and pool conditions. In-water entertainment cannot proceed without the required safety supervision.
